Products

Products come and products go… but everything is fed organically and processed-not-at-all (Well, I guess that if it wasn’t processed at all, you would be chasing it around the field with a fork. I won’t make you do that.) Minimally processed, cut up and put into handy packages!This is what I’ve got on hand as of August 10, 2011

Fresh Milk (Unpasteurized, Unhomogenized) from my herd of Jerseys.  Grass fed goodness.

$ 4.50 per half gallon

The price doesn’t include the jar and lid. These will set you back another 4 Samolians (dollars, that is).

Eggs

$4.50 dozen

Honey

No Fall honey this year. The cows knocked over my hives… miscreants.

Chicken

Fresh, whole birds, with neck and giblets.  Kosher Kings, a barred rock cross, raised on grass and organic grain.  These are survivors, these birds. They had the brains or the good fortune not to “lose their heads” when the pesky skunk came to visit.

$ 3.50/pound frozen

Beef

Really good stuff, grass fed, organic Jersey. Lean, tasty and tender. Get it quick before I eat it all.

Burger $ 8.00 per pound.

Cuts (Sirloin, Porterhouse, T-bone…) $ 12.00 a pound.

Garlic

Sold out.

Skunk

Wild caught and chicken fed.  Sliced thin, best served cold (like revenge), pairs well with Limburger cheese, Kimchee and a lightly chilled Viognier.

$ PRICELESS $

:)

Lamb

After breeding season, likely January.

Pork

Available in the spring.  $ 5.00 per pound hanging weight. Must be reserved, give me a call. Will have lots in March.

Sheep Pelts

I ask nicely, but the sheep are using them at the moment.

Onions

Red Zeppelin and Copra

$1.00 per pound

Organic Feeds

By the bag from Green Mountain Feeds.
